Full: 59"W x 80"L x 76 1/4"H (for 54"W x 75"L mattress)
Queen: 66"W x 85"L x 76 1/4"H (for 60"W x 80"L mattress)
Standard King: 82"W x 85"L x 76 1/4"H (for 76"W x 80"L mattress)

Underneath Clearance (from floor to the mattress slats underneath, all models): 60" (5 feet) ***
*** The clearance underneath the mattress rails (these are the two wide pieces that run the
length of the bed and hold the mattress slats) is 58 1/4" for Douglas Fir models, and 58" for Red
Oak plywood models. For any custom height, this "mattress rails clearance" will be 1 3/4" less
than your custom "underneath clearance" for Douglas Fir models and 2" less than your custom
"underneath clearance" for Red Oak plywood models.
NOTE: Angled Ladder extends 16" out from loft bed frame.
Headboard Shelf adds 1" to the overall length of the loft bed frame and extends 5 1/2" above
the loft bed frame.
