READ THESE IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE ORDERING:
1) Our loft beds are designed for mattress no thicker than 9 1/2 inches, in order for the guardrails to be
properly positioned. For mattresses up to 15 1/2 inches in thickness, an extra set of guardrails is
necessary, and is offered as a standard modification, available for order. If your mattress is NOT within
either of these dimensions, you should contact us to make the appropriate modification, and we will
advise you of the applicable surcharge, if any.
2) Make sure you check the dimensions of the loft bed as outlined on our website, as well as the space it is
going in to ensure the loft bed will fit. When measuring your space, be aware of any moldings, doors,
heaters, windows, or anything else that may affect the overall space.

MC Woodworks, Inc. loft beds are designed to conform to Consumer Product Safety Commission safety
guidelines for bunk beds (CPSC Document #071). We are fully confident in the safe design and sturdiness
of our loft beds, however, use of any elevated surface for sleeping creates inherent and obvious risks due
to falling. MC Woodworks, Inc. cannot control the quality of assembly nor any modifications made to our
products. Thus, MC Woodworks, Inc. will not be legally liable for any injuries, property damage, or other
accidents incurred by the use and/or assembly of the purchased product(s). The purchaser of any MC
Woodworks, Inc. product will be deemed to have read and understood all safety warnings and assumes
any and all risks of injury, property damage, or other accidents associated with the purchased product.
